Pricing

 Once we review documents and scope of service we will provide a proposal including a lumpsum, not to exceed price. All invoices will be based on our hourly rates and vary depending on the work that needs to be done but will not to exceed price. 

As a test, to build a relationship, please put together a sample of the finished product you would like to see from us. Then send over the sample with a set of drawings you would like quantity takeoff or an estimate done from. We will review and then give you a call so we can agree on a test price. We will do the takeoff and estimating work you require and track our time. If you like the finished product we can take it from there. At SCC we want to become your extended estimating department and part of your team.
